A private entrance leads from the side-street into a hall, off which are the roomy bedroom, the large walk-in shower room, and the airy open-plan living area, with a well equipped kitchen, dining table and chairs for four and a comfortable sitting room, with WiFi, Smart TV, Netflix, and DVD. Plenty of books, DVDs and games are provided for days in or cosy evenings on the sofa.
The sitting room opens directly onto a private terrace overlooking the lush gardens and large pool, with two personal sunbeds and table and chairs for you and your guests. A BBQ is provided for alfresco lunches or suppers.

The nine small units are set in lush gardens with a huge and lovely pool, radiating the sense of being in a small exclusive hotel, but with your own private area. Banks and ATMs, chemist, doctor, supermarket, bakery, gym, hamam, veg shop and the famous "chicken man" literally a couple of minutes walk, as well as little cafes if you can't be bothered to cook your own breakfast or lunch. Local restaurants the same and the main town shops, restaurants, taxi rank and post office a couple more. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. No hassle with calling taxis to get around or finding somewhere to park your car. All part of the ease and simplicity that this location provides.
